Hi Wes, I have been training in Olympic weightlifting for about a year and with the help of you and the Cal Strength YouTube channel developed a solid foundation in the lifts. I am currently a college student who trains in the campus rec fitness center. When I am home on school breaks I go to a training facility with mats, bumpers. etc. but at school I don't have access to such equipment. What would you suggest I focus on at school to make the most out of a limited situation? Heavy back/front squats I can do but CJ/snatch and even deadlifts are a huge problem.
