Hey man, I have to say first off congratulations on being a part of the pan am team. At this time I'm 23 about to turn 24 in August. ( I started Olympic Weightlifting about 6-8 months ago) Although I have absolutely no coach, team or program I have been able to clean 285lbs, back squat 500, & front squat 415lbs. Honestly I've only gotten this far by watching many of your lifts from Cal Strength, YouTube and anything else I could find (ATG, Hookgrip, etc...). At what age did your Weightlifting journey begin, how did you find a coach/team and when did you compete for the first time?

I found weightlifting after I finished college, however I had been training my whole life. I played football throughout my college career and always had a passion for training. I opened a small gym a few years ago. I trained young athletes, did adult classes, and then trained with my friends as much as I could. While I was progressing I grew my instagram as much as I could. I got pretty strong and outlaw barbell picked me up after I tagged them in a post asking for technique help. I lifted under Outlaw and learned a ton from Rudy and continued progressing as a remote athlete. Finally I had caught Dave Spitz's eye and he recruited me out to California Strength. I couldn't be happier than I am now with my current situation!
