I understand the concern. short answer is - No. TestMe plugin currently doesn't have a server component that it communicates with at runtime to begin with. The only integration point that maybe somewhat relevant is related to the documentation links (on Settings forms), when clicked, they lead to this site, which in turn uses Google Analytics. So you may want to visit their privacy policy. BTW, IDEA does have users statistics reporting functionality that may report user usages data to Jetbrains servers
