Dr. Tedone I would like to do the IGenex lyme tests. I read https://www.winningthefight.org/provocative-antibiotic-test.html, but there is no test in the current panel that matches. What would be the equivalent Borrelia immunoblot from the current IGenex panel list https://igenex.com/wp-content/uploads/IGenex-PriceSheet.pdf? Thank you Regards Marian

Dr. T, sorry for the typo in the title, should be: "Testing for Lyme" I would like to do the individual tests because they may be cheaper. I am from Canada. In one of the forum someone indicated the Lyme Western Blot IgM while you mentioned the Borrelia Immunoblot. Can you please clarify the suggested tests from https://igenex.com/wp-content/uploads/IGenex-PriceSheet.pdf? Thank you very much Doctor Sincerely Marian

Call IGenex and ask them which test would be best to accomplish what you want

Dr.Tedone, do you think that the CD57 test is also faulty in other laboratories than igenex or labcorp? B/c my cd57 is 250 but it has been tested in Germany. Thank you for your reply

I have been told by others that only the lab corp CD 57 is accurate so I have been using this as a guide to the activity of Borrelia. It would be informative to repeat the CD57 at lab corp and see the results.

One more question pls: after 3 weeks taking the provocative AB, how long do I have time to make the lyme test again? Will the bacteria hide again after a couple of weeks/mos? Thanks a lot! Regards, Christoph

I don't have an answer for you except to say take it as soon as you can for the best results.
