AWSJDB801E : Unable to start appserver on standby node (BMDM)

Hello All, I am trying to start appserver process on my backup master for a failover test. This is the error i am seeing ..... AWSJDB801E An internal error has been found while accessing the database. The internal error message is: "[jcc][t4][2013][11249][3.64.133] Connection authorization failure occurred. Reason: User ID or Password invalid. ERRORCODE=-4214, SQLSTATE=28000DSRA0010E: SQL State = 28000, Error Code = -4,214". it is complaining about invalid User ID or Password, However i am able to login as my db2 user "db2inst1" with the password from the command line and also run queries successfully. Not sure which credentials it is complaining about ?
