Dynamic agent repeatedly down and up

Hi I found the issue with the DA the symptom is it repeatedly down and up and my job stop running because DWB cannot connect to the agent now I've to restart agent manually every time this incident occur Where should I start looking for the root cause I've look into both JobManager.log & IT_Trace.log but no any clue that point to the incident Thanks

The error is: "<?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8"?> <jmgr:OperationFailed xmlns:jmgr="http://www.ibm.com/xmlns/prod/scheduling/1.0/JobManager"> <jmgr:FaultCode>AWKRAE125W_DELTANOTIF_FROM_AGENT_DOWN</jmgr:FaultCode> <jmgr:FaultMessage locale="C">AWKRAE125W A notification was received from the agent with URI &quot;https://TBEDWDBDR:31114/ita/JobManager&quot; and id &quot;7D832EC82EB211E9840143EA41D6D82A&quot;.
