How much current to keep A6PD from auto shutoff on connected devices?

I'm using the A6PD is Pass-thru mode and the connected device that is a QI wireless charging pad. If a phone is on the wireless charger, the A6PD applies continuous power. However, if I remove the phone from the pad, the A6PD shuts off output power after about 1 minute. If I want to charge the phone again, I have to push the button on the A6PD to restart the output power to wireless charger, which is something I feel I should have to do. On the other hand, if I add a USB-C to USB 2.0 converter connector between the A6PD and the wireless charging pad, then auto shutoff does not occur, even if no phone is on the charger (which is what I want). So it seems the converter connector probably draws enough power to keep the charger on. So… question to the engineers: how much current draw is need overall and/or on each port to keep the A6PD from going into auto shutoff of output power?

It's around 80mA. Many Qi power supplies only use a small pulse of current, intermittently, to check for a load.
