BTW, there is alos another inconsistence of the total output power. The online description says 138W but the label on the device shows only 100W. Did I miss something?
Hi, For PD switch you can press the power button for 3 seconds for the laptop to charge your supertank and vice versa. Due to the requirements of certification, we can only print 100W total output for both SuperTank and SuperPort 4 though its actual total output can reach our previous declaration of 136W. Thank you.
Understood but I still can not get PD switch to work. After pressing for 3 seconds, the LED is off and the charging stops. But soon, the LED is on again and the charging to MacBook Pro continues. What is the expected behavior when the PD switch is enabled? Should the LED number start blinking as being charged from AC?
Please press it for 5 seconds, then wait for 2 seconds for it to change mode. Make sure that the cable is connected to your macbook and to the SuperTank's 100W in/out port before pressing the button. Thanks.
