Tiny pore holes in sealer allow water through

We just sealed our new counters with aqua-poxy. Did four coats and it came out great. But the top edge of the sink seems to seep water and I don't understand why. The concrete was sanded and is very smooth with no rough spots or holes. The sealer was rolled on and was put on nice an uniform. What is weird is that I will fix a seep hole (very lightly sand it, wipe with a tiny amount of rubbing alcohol and then apply sealer to that spot) and then later in the day a new hole will open up. So it is as if these holes are appearing randomly. The concrete was cured 15 days before sealing. I know they say 28 days but the FAQ on this site says concrete this thin can usually be sealed after 10 days. I did a vapor test first and the concrete was indeed ready to seal. Has anyone experienced this with the aqua-poxy? We used this same sealer on counters in our last house and I don't recall having this problem.

I applied another coat very heavy in the weak area and that seems to have solved the issue, for now anyway.
