How often do I get billed?
We offer both monthly and yearly billing options for service subscriptions, and you can cancel at any time. With annual plans you will save 20%.
What payment methods do you accept?
Currently we accept major credit cards including American Express, Discover, MasterCard, and Visa.
My credit card expired or was canceled, how do I modify the payment method?
You can easily update your credit card information on your account page.
Can I re-brand the forum?
Muut enables you to integrate your brand logo and color to the Muut UI, including the forum, the static forum pages for SEO, authentication dialogues, and notification emails. However, Muut is not offered as a white-label product: the Muut logo will show in a few select, minor locations of those areas.
What happens if I cancel my subscription?
When the last billing period ends, your community will be disabled. You will still have access to all the content as the account owner and can perform a JSON export.
I have multiple forums but upgraded the wrong one. How do I change it?
Cancel the subscription on the wrong forum, and contact us at billing@muut.com for payment cancellation. Then you can upgrade the correct forum.
